After joining Nestlé Japan, Motoi was in charge of brand marketing in the Beverage Business Division. He was in charge of the core business of NESCAFÉ Soluble coffee, coffee systems together with IOT eco-system development, as well he led overall marketing of the NESCAFÉ master brand strategy across channels. From 2020, he moved to Nestlé headquarters in Switzerland as Zone AOA Assistant Regional Manager, providing support on strategy development for markets. He returned to Japan in January 2022 and took over the role of Digital & eCommerse. Not only for business responsibility, but also he leads cross-functional digital initiatives to drive digital customer experiences transformation.
