Tatsuya Kurosaka graduated from the Graduate School of Media & Governance at Keio University. After working at the Mitsubishi Research Institute, he established Kuwadate Inc. in 2008. Apart from providing consultancy services in management strategy and business development within the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, he has contributed to various government committees including those for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Cabinet Secretariat Office, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) as a member of the delegation of Japanese Government. He has actively participated in policy formulation concerning 5G, AI, IoT, and the data economy. Since 2016, he has held the position of Project Associate Professor at Keio University's Graduate School of Media and Governance, and since 2022, he has served as the Secretary-General of the Originator Profile Collaborative Innovation Partnership (OP CIP).
