JI-4 What EXPO 2025 Taught Us About Japan’s Global Communication
The 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo. Numerous major corporations exhibited their own pavilions and experiential content. It became a venue for communicating not just product displays, but corporate philosophies, visions, and initiatives to address social issues through experiential means. What value creation did brands achieve through the Expo platform? We examine whether the six-month event, and the period immediately following its conclusion, served as a forum for dialogue to jointly envision the future of both corporations and society.
