AI-4 Marketing Organizations in the Age of AI: From Talent to Operations
It is said that Homo sapiens were able to spread across the globe—while the physically stronger Neanderthals vanished—because we built “organizations” and leveraged their collective power to survive the Ice Age. If that is true, then shouldn’t our strategies for navigating today’s turbulent AI era also start with the concept of organization?
This session will break down organizations into three dimensions: work, people, and the management that integrates them. We will explore how AI is transforming each of these layers and discuss its implications. The goal is for participants to walk away not only with fresh perspectives but also with new, critical agendas—topics they may not have considered before the session—that will shape their thinking about the future of organizations in the age of AI.
