He has been involved in the development of insights related to consumers and mobile & smartphones, and since 2011, he has been working on consumer technology trend research at the same time. After working on smartphone-related business strategy formulation and consulting, he established the Dentsu Group's cross-sectional organization “Future Business Creation Lab” in 2021.
