Joined the company in 2019. As a Solution Planner, I work with companies from management level consultation to promotion. Also in 2019, I joined the Dentsu Diversity Lab. I am responsible for the launch of several projects and business development, including the implementation of the largest LGBTQ+ survey in Japan and the development of GAPMIKKE, a disability-themed issue-finding tool.
