Joined Kao's sales company and worked in sales for a major retail company. After being in charge of marketing for a hair care brand in 2012, became involved in e-commerce as a full-time e-commerce sales manager.
In 2018, he joined a project-based organization promoting company-wide DX, established the DX Strategy Promotion Center in 2021, and oversaw the e-commerce strategy as the EC business promotion manager.
In April 2023, he passed the public recruitment examination for principals of junior and senior high schools in Ibaraki Prefecture.He is currently promoting entrepreneurial education and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
