In this session, Coupang, often referred to as the "Amazon of Korea," and TNL Mediazine, a media outlet expanding across Asia with deep insights into retail and trends, will take the stage to explore the current and future state of retail and consumer behavior.

As the e-commerce market continues to grow, we will focus on how physical stores in Asia are creating customer experiences and attracting consumers, particularly in the fast-evolving markets of Korea and Taiwan.
We will discuss how e-commerce is interacting with brick-and-mortar stores to create seamless customer experiences across channels, examining shifts in e-commerce penetration rates and youth purchasing trends in both countries.
