After working as an IT and marketing consultant, promoted digital marketing and CRM for cosmetics brands at L'Oreal Japan from 2004, where also served as the new CXM project leader in the luxury division.
In 2020, joined e’quipe, LTD, a cosmetics manufacturer in the Kao Group, where established D2C department and promoted customer-first orientation, OMO, and D2C domains across brands.
From April 2025, integrated D2C and System department as new DX Department, and promote the transformation of CX and EX with the power of digital and data.

What is ad:tech tokyo for you?
When I find myself overwhelmed, staring at my feet as I climb a steep path, wondering, “How far does this trail go? Where is it leading me?”
If I pause and lift my gaze, I find fellow climbers heading up the same mountain, and I spot a map. I begin to notice the spring I hadn’t seen before, or the flowers blooming along the way.
I discover my own habits in how I walk, realize what gear I’m missing, and see the room I have to grow. Then I catch sight of the beautiful summit I’ve been aiming for, imagine myself standing there, and feel a surge of courage that pushes me forward again—one step at a time.
For me, ad:tech is that kind of place. I hope it feels that way for you too.
