In her leadership role Melissa is focused on accelerating the success of Twitter's top global partners through her work with C-level executives and their global teams. Her goal: drive measurable business results through more robust activations at the market level, as well as scaled worldwide.
 
Previously Melissa was a senior vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, where she lead the consumer digital team and helped companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, BMW, Tommy Hilfiger, Hyatt and others cut their teeth in social business planning. She has deep experience in developing long-term strategy, content and community management models and managing crises within social media.

Brian Wong is the co-founder and CEO of Kiip (pronounced "keep"), a category-creating mobile rewards network that delivers rewards for achievements in apps and games. Named one of the world's 50 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company, Kiip has raised $15.4 million in funding to date from Relay Ventures, Interpublic Group, Hummer Winblad, True Ventures, Digital Garage, American Express Ventures and others.

After skipping four K-12 grades, Brian received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia at age 18, and shortly after became one of the youngest people to ever receive venture capital funding.

He has been recognized with many awards for his accomplishments and leadership, including: Forbes' 30 Under 30 in 2011, 2012 and 2013; Business Insider's Top 25 Under 25 in Silicon Valley, 30 Under 30 in Advertising and 18 Most Important People in Mobile Advertising; and the Top 20 Under 20 awards for all of Canada.
