Momoe joined Smiles in 2014 as a new graduate. She works at Soup Stock Tokyo as assistant store manager, after that, moved to HR division. She made the recruit system focusing on their philosophy and company vision. Then she selected brand communication team as a professional of communication planner. They don't have any budget for Ads.
