Mr. Ariyoshi is a founder and CRO of PTP Inc. where he has created SPIDER (TV monitoring DVR) and Madison (Nationwide TV Commercial Database) both of which are the first and only one of its kind in Japan. He was nominated for "NIKKEI Change Maker 2011." He has been writing a column for NIKKEI XTREND since 2019. His column "Innovation on TV data" examines data driven marketing frontier using newly available TV related data.

He graduated with MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management where he started research on One-to-One marketing of retail industry using ID POS data and worked on the project with CVS (a drug store chain in the East coast area) in 1994.

He received a B.A.degree in business administration from Hitotsubashi University, Before Kellogg, he worked for Nomura Research Institute as a Management Consultant in marketing area.
