Ikuko joined Hakuhodo in 2001. As a strategic planner, she was involved in developing management and marketing strategies, as well as product development, for numerous companies. In 2012, she was seconded to Hakuhodo Kettle, an agency that delivers integrated communication using PR thinking. Ikuko excels at uncovering strong target insights grounded in strategic planning and coupling them with consensus building skills from PR to bring about new-style integrated communication. Ikuko set up a specialized PR team at Hakuhodo Kettle in 2015 and continues to serve as its leader. She has won awards at Cannes Lions and other awards shows. She was a juror of PR at Spikes asia.
