After graduating from Sophia University in 2012, directly started working in Unilever Japan as Management Trainee for Customer Development. After joining Human Resource team in 2015 as New Graduate Recruitment and ED&I Assistant Manager, strongly led some innovative programs including All Year digital recruiting program “UFLP365”, “High-School Internship”, “and “Unilever Japan Proud” for LGBTQI+.
