Profile of Ms. Mayuko Nakano
After working for a video-sharing website operating company, in 2015 she joined a company in the Dentsu Group specialized in digital ad services, where she started building her career in the digital marketing field listing ad operations. In 2016, she was transferred to Dentsu Digital Inc., where she now demonstrates her strength by giving overall direction to large projects involving a wide range of digital marketing services. She has also been focused on developing unique team management programs during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic as well as activities for disseminating the DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) campaign in-house, centering on promoting the empowerment of women.
