Mr. Kato is the founder and the team manager of Tokyu Accelerate Program(TAP) in Tokyu Corporation.The program effectively utilizes its advantage of their wide-range business coverage including B to C. TAP seeks to convert Japanese industrial structure by developing the Ecosystem. Mr. Kato holds an MBA from Aoyama Gakuin University.
