After working at I-D Media AG (Germany), one of Europe’s biggest digital agencies, Marco moved to Japan to run CyberMedia, a boutique digital strategy agency for more than 10 years. There he developed mobile strategies for clients such as Renault, Lufthansa, Disney, and Nestle. He then moved to MRM//McCann as a Digital Marketing Director working together with clients like Google, Axiata and MasterCard on their digital business strategies. Marco joined J. Walter Thompson Japan in early 2015 as Digital Business Director and currently involved in several client projects to create new digital driven innovations. Marco co-authored the “Six Immutable Laws of Mobile Business”, a mobile business strategy guide. He is also a well-known speaker at industry events and academic institutions, such as TEDx HK, Japan Marketing Association, Stanford University, Doshisha University, American Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Correspondent Club Japan, Digital Innovators’ Summit Germany and many more.
