Together with both DNAs, the "Seikatsu-sha Insight" from the Hakuhodo Group and "Disruption" from the TBWA network, Haruko seeks total communication planning, starting from digging the insight, selecting the relevant touchpoints, setting measurement KPIs, to the actual reporting of ROI. Having experienced both brand marketing and media planning in various global accounts she looks over total communication for brands. Being a generalist also knowledgeable in new technologies, Haruko looks out for new trends and business models. She adapts and customizes them to new markets and industries, generalizing the ideas and spreading them out to the marketing world. An active industry player with speaking, board member and Juror experiences at events, such as Cannes, ad:tech, I-COM, Code Awards and others.
