Born in 1975, grew up in Basel, Switzerland. Joined beBit after graduating from Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Law. As a consultant, took part in a number of projects regarding web strategy/planning and conversion rate optimization. Worked with clients from various industries, such as finance, communication, electrical manufacturing and media. Some of his achievements include improving conversion rate by up to 10 times, and contributing to create a website that was ranked first in a usability award conducted by an outside agency. Since 2013, as a sales manager/company evangelist of the consulting department at beBit,he has been holding seminars on omni-channel, customer journey/experience and so forthat many large marketing conference events. He has currently been contributing his serial article “Building on Customer Behavior; Marketing Optimization for Smartphones” to Nikkei Computer, an IT-related business magazine by Nikkei Business Publications.
